About TBCS

www.breastcancersociety.org

The guiding mission of The Breast Cancer Society, Inc. (TBCS) is to provide relief to those who suffer from the effects of breast cancer now, as well as to work cooperatively with and give support to other personnel, individuals and organizations that share in the goal of helping cancer patients, the critically ill, and the impoverished. This is done through education, direct assistance, financial aid, and by providing supplies, care-giving products and referral services. Additionally, TBCS assists in the eradication of breast cancer through education and the support of breast cancer research.

Your story is one of the most valuable gifts you can share with others. Your unique experience may give inspiration and hope to someone who is traveling the same difficult journey. As you well know, physical challenges are not the only aspect of breast cancer. Emotional struggles are also far too common.

This online breast cancer support community may help maintain friendships and cultivate new ones. As you reach out to one another, share in your understanding and strive to lend an ear, you will aid in bringing emotional support and healing to those who stand in need of comfort.
