How have you been affected by Breast Cancer?
I was diagnosed with DCIS on 9/14/10, a week before my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He died 3 weeks & 3 days later on 10/15/10. I put my cancer on hold until then, I had a total mastectomy on 12/2/10. My incisions got infected and opened & I just had another surgery to correct on 1/2/11. I am once again recovering.
